2) The Service

GravoMood is your personal emotion diary. Track moods, add trigger tags and notes, view calendars and charts, use guided breathing, and export wellness reports (including an Advanced Insights PDF report). Some features may rely on automated processing to generate insights.

  • The Service is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional care.
  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency or thoughts of self-harm, call your local emergency number immediately.
  • Always seek professional advice for health or mental health concerns.

4) Accounts and security

  • Accuracy: you agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • Security: you are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity under your account.
  • Termination: we may suspend/terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or security needs. You may stop using the Service anytime and may request account deletion by contacting us.

5) Your Content

“Your Content” includes what you enter or upload, such as mood check-ins, triggers, notes, and (if available) photos/images.

  • Ownership: you retain ownership of Your Content.
  • License: you grant us a limited license to host/store/process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, including generating insights and reports you request.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to provide it.

6) Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service unlawfully or abusively.
  • Do not interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
  • Do not attempt to access non-public systems or accounts.
  • Do not reverse engineer or extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Do not upload malware or harmful code.

7) Exports and sharing

You may be able to export a PDF report and share it using your device’s sharing features. You control where you share exported files and with whom.

8) Intellectual property

The Service (software, design, and related materials) is owned by GravoMood Team or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9) Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure or tools (for example, hosting, crash reporting, or analytics) under contractual protections. If you use any third-party services that are presented to you, they may have their own terms.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. References to the Privacy Policy do not create a link or guarantee any specific URL.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAVOMOOD TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) USD $50.

13) Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GravoMood Team from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or violations of these Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of GravoMood Team’s principal place of business, except where local consumer laws require otherwise.

15) Dispute resolution and binding arbitration

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

  • Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
  • If local law provides rights to bring claims in small claims court or prohibits arbitration of certain claims, those rules apply.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the effective date when changes take effect. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
