1) What GravoMood does
GravoMood is your personal emotion diary. Track how you feel by picking from six moods (happy, calm, anxious, sad, angry, or tired), tag what’s behind it (work, sleep, family, health, or custom triggers), view patterns on a mood-colored calendar and charts, use guided breathing, and export an Advanced Insights PDF report.
2) Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account: name (optional), username, email address.
- Support: messages and content you send to customer support.
- Diary content: mood check-ins, triggers, notes, streaks, and related journal metadata. If your version supports it, you may attach photos/images to entries.
- Location (optional): approximate or precise location if you grant permission.
Information collected automatically
- Device info: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone.
- Usage & diagnostics: feature usage statistics, performance metrics, crash logs, and error reports.
- Location signals (optional): approximate or precise location, only if you allow it.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Used for login/session, preferences, security, and aggregated understanding of usage.
- May include web beacons or similar technologies where web content is involved.
3) How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (accounts, sign-in, core features).
- Improve performance and reliability (debugging, analytics, crash analysis).
- Personalize your experience (insights, reminders, content organization).
- Protect users and the Service (security, abuse prevention).
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
We do not sell your personal information.

5) Sharing and disclosure
We share information only as needed and only as described here:
- Service providers (processors): vendors who help us run the Service (hosting, storage, security, crash reporting, analytics, support tools) under contractual protections.
- With your direction: when you choose to export/share a PDF using your device’s sharing features.
- Legal & protection: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with appropriate safeguards.
6) AI / automated processing and optional uploads
Some features may use automated processing (which may include AI-based methods) to generate insights or create an Advanced Insights PDF report.
- You control uploads: you decide whether to upload text/images for these features.
- Our servers: uploaded text/images are processed on GravoMood Team’s own servers.
- No third-party AI sharing: we do not share uploaded text/images with third-party AI providers.
- Prompt deletion: uploads are deleted promptly after processing (no longer than needed to complete the request).
- No training / no marketing: uploads are not used to train models and not used for advertising.
7) Photos, face data, and biometrics
- We do not perform facial recognition.
- We do not collect or use biometric identifiers for identification.
- Images uploaded for report generation are used one-time and deleted as described above.
- By default, photos attached to entries (if available) are stored locally unless you choose to upload for a specific feature.
8) Location information
If you grant location permission, we may collect approximate or precise location to support features you choose to enable. You can disable location at any time in your device settings.
9) Data security
- Encryption in transit and (where appropriate) at rest
- Access controls and least-privilege practices
- Regular security reviews/audits and backups
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Data retention
- Account & in-app content: retained while your account is active.
- Account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days, except where required by law.
- Usage analytics/diagnostics: up to 12 months.
- Support records: up to 6 months.
11) Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Email augustinkolb45@outlook.com. We respond within 5 business days.
12) International transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
13) Governing law & disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of GravoMood Team’s principal place of business, except where local laws require otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to this policy or privacy matters will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. If your local law provides rights to bring claims in small claims court or prohibits arbitration of certain claims, those rules apply.
14) Children and age limit
The Service is intended for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
15) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will update the effective date above when changes take effect.
